Often those who are the most vulnerable are at risk because of poor health, lack of shelter or food, or because they are children. We support organizations that provide direct assistance to those with the greatest need and provide early intervention for troubled children.
Our three funding priorities in health and human services are:
- Organizations providing for the most basic of human needs, such as shelter, food, clothing, and medical care to those in need.
- Organizations providing preventative and intervention services to children.
- Programs and initiatives that address health literacy and the ability to understand and use health-related information to navigate the health-care system.
